Hailey Appleman, LCSW

Hailey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Bloomsburg University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Widener University.

Hailey has experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families in community mental health and individualized therapy settings. She values building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship and creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. Hailey takes a collaborative approach, meeting each client where they are to build confidence and support meaningful growth. She has experience working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism, and life transitions/stressors.

Hailey uses a strengths-based approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play therapy, and person-centered therapy. 

Outside of work, Hailey loves spending time with her family, walking her dog, and thrifting!
