Brianna Stufflet, LPC

My name is Brianna Stufflet and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS). Seeking support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and understood. As a therapist, I work collaboratively with individuals to help them navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. 

 

I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University where I studied Psychology and minored in Case Management and Social Work. I then moved on to complete my graduate degree at Alvernia University, earning a Master of Art in Clinical Counseling. I worked as a Licensed Behavior Specialist while completing my hours for my professional counseling licensure, working with children and adolescents with varying diagnoses like autism, ADHD, ODD and anxiety. 

I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor my approach to each person’s unique experiences and goals. My style is compassionate, supportive, and practical, with a focus on helping clients build coping skills, strengthen self-confidence, and create lasting change. I strive to use a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and a Person-Centered approach to work alongside the client to meet their individualized needs.
