My Story

Lisa is a dedicated mental health outpatient therapist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional wellness. With experience providing compassionate, client-centered care, she works with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, relationship difficulties, and behavioral health challenges.

Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care, Lisa creates a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and understood. She believes in meeting clients where they are and collaborating with them to develop practical tools for healing, growth, and resilience.

Lisa is passionate about promoting mental health awareness and supporting clients in developing healthy coping strategies, improving emotional well-being, and fostering positive life changes. Through empathy, professionalism, and collaborative care, She strives to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting progress in their personal journeys
